The Gateway Area Chapter of the National MS Society is a community of individuals who are committed to achieving a world free of MS. The Chapter helps over 6,000 individuals throughout 90 counties in Missouri and Illinois impacted by MS to move their lives forward. We provide comprehensive support services and educational programs to people with MS, their family and friends, and raise funds locally to support the National MS Society’s research initiatives.

Scholarship Applications Now Available!
MS shouldn’t stand in the way of an education. If you are a high school senior with a connection to MS, you may qualify for the Society Scholarship Program. Applications are online now, and the deadline to apply is January 15, 2009.

Research
The National MS Society invested more than $45 million in 2007 to fund over 400 new and ongoing MS research projects as part of its international effort to move research forward to cure, treat and better understand MS.
